What counts as abuse.<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>Any of the following is considered abuse:<\/p>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Using SilvaBit AI to launder money, evade sanctions, or facilitate illegal activity.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Opening multiple accounts to circumvent risk limits, promotional terms, or fee architecture.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Attempting to defeat, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the agent, the risk framework, or the dashboard infrastructure.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Automated scraping, scanning, or brute-force attempts against the Site or any public endpoint.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language directed at SilvaBit staff, partner-broker staff, or other users.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Impersonation of SilvaBit AI, its employees, or its partner brokers in email, social media, or on third-party platforms.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Spam, phishing, or malware distribution through any contact mechanism we expose.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Using the Site to collect, infer, or distribute personal data about other users or SilvaBit staff.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes against legitimate withdrawals or fees.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Deliberate attempts to misrepresent the SilvaBit AI product in a way that may defraud others (e.g., &quot;guaranteed profit&quot; messaging on social media attributed to us).<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<h2>2. How to report abuse.<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:abuse@silvabitai.com\">abuse@silvabitai.com<\/a> with a short description, any evidence (screenshots, email headers, URLs), the date and time, and your contact details. If you prefer anonymity, you can still report \u2014 just note that we may not be able to follow up with you.<\/p>\n\t\t<p>For urgent threats to safety, contact your local law enforcement first, then us.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<h2>3. How we respond.<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>Each report is reviewed by a human member of the support or trust team within 48 business hours. Depending on severity and evidence, our response may include:<\/p>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Warning the account.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Temporarily suspending the account pending further review.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Permanently terminating the account.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Reporting conduct to the relevant partner broker.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Reporting conduct to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by law.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Removing content, links, or impersonation materials from platforms we have standing to request takedowns on.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<h2>4. Fair-process commitments.<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>Where an account is suspended or terminated, we will:<\/p>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Notify the account holder by email, with the reason stated as specifically as possible without compromising investigations.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Allow the account holder to respond in writing. We review responses within 14 days.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Honour any legitimate withdrawal of deposited funds (minus the 8% fee on any realised profit, where applicable, and subject to legal holds).<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<p>We reserve the right to delay disclosures where doing so is required by law, where there is credible evidence of criminal conduct, or where doing so would compromise the safety of a person.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<h2>5. Content takedowns and third-party disputes.<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights (e.g., defamatory statements, impersonation, copyright infringement), please follow the specific process in our <a href=\"\/cs\/dmca-policy\/\">DMCA Policy<\/a> for copyright issues, or email <a href=\"mailto:legal@silvabitai.com\">legal@silvabitai.com<\/a> for other content concerns.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<h2>6. Changes to this policy.<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>We update this Abuse Policy as the product and threat landscape evolve.
