Does SilvaBit AI guarantee a profit?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. AI can misread a market. Risk is real. We built the pause system precisely because losses are a fact of trading — not an edge case to hide.
What really happens when I press stop?
The agent cancels new orders, requests the orderly closure of open positions and freezes further trading. Execution still depends on broker liquidity. The 8% fee only applies on withdrawal, never on stop.
How are my deposit and my profits tracked?
Separately. Your deposited capital and your accrued profit live in distinct pools on your dashboard, each with its own loss band. This separation is informational — it does not protect your deposit from drawdowns.
Why 8% and not a monthly subscription?
Because we win when you win. The fee is split between SilvaBit and your partner broker. If you never withdraw a profit, you never pay the 8%. Your bank may still apply its own charges on the transfer.
Is SilvaBit AI available in my country?
SilvaBit AI is open to users across the European Union and Canada. The United States is not currently supported — a positioning choice we made deliberately for regulatory clarity.
Who calls me if I ask for help?
Human-side support is handled by a representative of your partner broker who is trained on the SilvaBit workspace. We'll always explain when and how contact details are shared with that representative before anyone picks up a phone.
