Privacy Policy.

Effective date: 23 October 2026 · Last updated: 23 October 2026

SilvaBit AI ("SilvaBit", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit silvabitai.com (the "Site"), register for an account, use our automated trading workspace, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Who we are.

SilvaBit AI is a technology brand operated from Dublin, Ireland. Our registered address is 24 Belvedere Court, Dublin 2, D02 YF34, Ireland. For any privacy-related inquiry, email our data protection point of contact at [email protected] or write to the address above.

2. What personal data we collect.

We collect only the personal data we need to operate the Site and the SilvaBit AI workspace responsibly:

• Account data — your name, email address, country of residence, and the password you set for your account.
• Communication data — the content of messages you send us via the contact form, email, or support tickets, and our replies.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, approximate location derived from IP, device identifiers, and pages visited.
• Preference data — your dashboard settings, selected loss thresholds, notification preferences, and language choice.
• Marketing data — if you opt in, your email preferences and open/click behaviour on our newsletters.

SilvaBit AI does not collect your bank details or payment card information. All deposit, withdrawal, and payment flows run through your partner broker under their own regulated process.

3. How we use your data.

We use your personal data for the following clearly-defined purposes:

• To create and manage your SilvaBit AI account and dashboard.
• To route your preferences into the agent's configuration (loss bands, pause rules, notification preferences).
• To reply to support requests, inquiries, and account issues.
• To send you service communications you cannot opt out of (security alerts, legal notices, pause-event summaries).
• To send marketing communications only if you have opted in — you may opt out at any time.
• To analyse Site traffic for performance and security.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases we rely on.

For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we rely on the following lawful bases under the GDPR:

• Contract — to provide you with the SilvaBit AI service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to operate the Site securely, prevent fraud, and improve our product. We balance our interests against your rights.
• Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data under applicable laws.

For Canadian users, we follow PIPEDA principles, including accountability, identifying purposes, consent, limiting collection, limiting use, accuracy, safeguards, openness, individual access, and challenging compliance.

5. Who we share your data with.

We only share your personal data with service providers who help us run SilvaBit AI, and only to the extent necessary:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that keep the Site and dashboard online.
• Partner brokers, but only when you have chosen to connect an account with them — and we tell you clearly what is being shared before you confirm.
• Email delivery and support ticketing platforms.
• Analytics providers — only aggregated, non-identifying data.
• Legal and regulatory authorities, if we are required by law to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third-party advertisers.

6. International data transfers.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, adequacy decisions where available, or your explicit consent. For Canadian users, personal data processed in Canada remains subject to PIPEDA; transfers outside Canada are made only under appropriate contractual protections.

7. How long we keep your data.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law:

• Account data — for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and tax obligations (usually six years).
• Communication data — three years after the last correspondence, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
• Technical and analytics data — twelve months in identifiable form.
• Marketing data — until you withdraw consent.

8. Your rights.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Erase your personal data (where legally applicable).
• Restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data.
• Receive your personal data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie); in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (priv.gc.ca).

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one calendar month.

9. Cookies.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the Site and dashboard working, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used. Full details are available in our Cookiepolicy.

10. How we protect your data.

We use technical and organisational measures that match the sensitivity of the data: encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage at rest, access controls on a strict need-to-know basis, routine security reviews, and background checks on employees with access to personal data.

No system is 100% secure. If a breach materially affects your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities within the timescales required by law.

11. Children's privacy.

SilvaBit AI is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

12. Automated decision-making.

Automated decisions made by the SilvaBit AI trading agent concern order placement and risk management within your account — not decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you as a data subject. You retain control over your account at all times, including the ability to pause the agent and close the account.

13. Changes to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and — for material changes — we will email registered account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
